A: Yes! We work directly with artisans in Nepal and India, ensuring fair compensation and positive working conditions. Our crochet bags are made by women working from home, supporting both their craft and families. We regularly visit our artisans to maintain relationships and personally source items.

Q: Are your products really one of a kind?

A: Absolutely! Each Vintage Sari Skirt is unique because we use different vintage saris for every piece - you'll never see someone else with the same pattern. Our handcrafted crochet bags may share designs, but being handmade means each has its own character and subtle variations that make it special.

Returns Policy

Online Orders

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery (based on tracked shipping data).
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original swing tag attached.
  • returns must be sent via tracked shipping at the purchaser’s expense.
  • you must notify us by email at dilmayagifts@gmail.com with:
  1. confirmation that the item/s are being returned, and
  2. the return tracking number.

Exceptions

  • refunds may be refused if items are not received, or if they are returned in a condition that makes them unsellable.
  • Dilmaya Gifts is not liable for lost, stolen, damaged, or undelivered return parcels.
  • the return policy excludes undelivered or return to sender postal items. this includes but is not limited to unclaimed parcels, incorrect address, refused at address/addressee not known at address.
  • our decision on returns is final, and we cannot enter into further correspondence.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

if you have received an item that you believe is:

  • not as described or imaged,
  • the incorrect item,
  • not fit for purpose,
  • has a major undisclosed fault, or
  • cannot be replaced,

please contact dilmayagifts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your parcel with images.

if we agree upon this criteria, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

once the item is received and inspected, we will refund your purchase in full.

please note that all DilMaya Gifts items are handmade and may have slight imperfections or differences
items are sold as-is, and Dilmaya Gifts is not responsible for normal wear and tear after delivery.
